Additionally we make sure and verify that we are purchasing the property with clear title.<\/li><li>We will attend the auction and bid on the property on behalf of our investor.<\/li><li>If successful, the investor will pay the remaining balance and takes title to the property. The investor is responsible for paying for title and property insurance.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Post-Acquisition \u2013 Flip Transaction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hard costs to fix up property will be covered by Invest In AZ Properties and will be reimbursed at closing.<\/li><li>Our team will professionally list, market, &amp; sell the property.<\/li><li>As the listing broker, we will forfeit our commissions for the benefit of our partnership.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Post-Acquisition \u2013 Rental Transaction<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Hard costs to fix up property will be covered by Invest In AZ Properties and will be reimbursed at closing.<\/li><li>Additionally, the investor will be responsible for paying a fixed property management and contractor fee.<\/li><li>Our team will professionally list, market, &amp; rent the property.<\/li><li>As the listing broker, we will forfeit our commissions for the benefit of our partnership.<\/li><li>Invest In AZ Properties will handle all property management.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Ask us about our customized investor partnership programs.
